Preparations for this year’s Asia CanTech Candid Forum feature is beginning to take shape nicely, with the welcome news that Richard Moore will be appearing as a panellist on this year’s edition of the popular event feature.

Moore was previously chief corporate development officer for Ardagh Group, with responsibility for M&A and R&D, and CEO of Metal Asia Pacific. He left Ardagh in 2014 to set up his own company, RMRM Consultancy Limited, based in Hong Kong. Moore is also a board director of Suzhou SLAC.

Commenting on his involvement on the Forum, Moore said: “‘The world of can making is changing fast and I look forward to discussing the emerging issues of the day as a panellist on the Candid Forum at Asia CanTech 2019.”

Events manager at Bell Publishing, Megan Freeman, also remarked on Moore’s inclusion at Asia CanTech: “With a number of topical points of discussion appearing within the can making industry recently, our Candid Forum feature should be a terrific opportunity for delegates to get an inside track into the latest goings-on within the industry.

“Richard has an impressive portfolio of experience, and will be able to provide a joint perspective from both a can maker and suppliers view. This wealth of knowledge is invaluable and will provide a unique perspective to the Candid Forum.”

Asia CanTech’s Candid Forum takes place on the third day of the event (Wednesday 30 October).
