UTC Overseas would be pleased to assist exhibitors on shipping your tabletop displays for Asia CanTech 2019.
The deadline for UTC Overseas to collect your shipment is October 4th, 2019 This allows for transit time, customs formalities and delivery to the hotel.
Please note that there are 3 shipping options available:
Option 1 – HAND CARRY – BEST OPTION – We strongly recommend this option as it is most expeditious, secure and economical.
– Hand carry your display and other materials and check it in as additional luggage.
– Bring a commercial invoice listing items and value in case you have to declare them upon arrival at Bangkok Airport.
Option 2 – Airfreight facilitated by UTC Overseas.
• Displays, printed materials, merchandise, etc. must be available to UTC for collection no later than October 5th.
• Documents should be provided to UTC, before October 1st, 2019 for pre-authorization. This would include a detailed packing list and commercial invoice stating quantities and declared value of goods. Based on the accuracy of the invoice, UTC will notify the exhibitor of charges in advance so they are aware of associated costs.

••All fees will be passed on to the exhibitor. In addition to shipping costs, these may include duties, taxes, VAT’s, customs clearance charges, trading company fees and other associated costs.
Option 3 – Courier / Airfreight facilitated by exhibitor
For exhibitors electing to ship via courier on their own, UTC Overseas will not have control over the shipment and will not be able to provide on-site support.
Exhibitor will assume all risks.
