These Terms & Conditions apply to all conference bookings with Bell Publishing Group Ltd. By registering, you agree to these terms.
Booking & Payment
A booking confirmation creates a binding agreement between the participant and the Company.
Early bird rates apply only when both registration and payment are received within the offer period.
Full payment must be received before the event to guarantee entry.
Accommodation (Asia CanTech/CanTech the Grand Tour)
The event fee includes the cost of two nights’ accommodation.
Rooms are NOT automatically reserved. Delegates must book their rooms directly using the link provided.
Extra nights are at the delegate’s own expense.
The Company accepts no responsibility for rooms not booked via the official link or booked late.
Event Passes
Some events require an entry pass/ticket and proof of ID.
Passes must be worn at all times and are non-transferable. Substitutions are allowed if notified in writing at least 2 business days in advance.
The Company reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person misusing passes (including falsified or shared passes).
Filming & Photography
By attending, you agree that photographs and video may be taken and used for future marketing across print, digital, and social media.
If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the organisers during the event. We will make reasonable efforts to comply.
Delegate Responsibilities
Each participant must:
– Follow venue rules, health & safety policies, and organiser instructions.
– Behave professionally and lawfully, respecting other attendees and the host country’s laws.
– Arrange their own travel and personal insurance, including visas and entry permits.
– Conduct business only within designated exhibition spaces (except for official sponsors).
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Asia CanTech 2026 – Full refunds available until 1 September 2026. No refunds for cancellations after 2 September 2026.
Failure to obtain a visa or travel documents does not entitle the delegate to a refund.
Travel & Insurance
You are responsible for arranging your own travel, health, and personal insurance.
Make sure you have the correct visa and entry documents before you travel.
Failure to obtain travel documents does not qualify for a refund.
Event Changes & Force Majeure
The Company may alter event content, timing, or venue if necessary.
If an event is cancelled or postponed for reasons beyond our control (Force Majeure), we will:
– Reschedule the event where possible, or
– Offer the option to transfer registration or receive a full refund.
Refunds will be issued within 75 days.
Our liability is limited to fees paid; we are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs.
Data & Privacy
We comply with all applicable data protection laws.
Personal data may be shared with service providers for event administration, venue management, and delegate lists.
Delegate lists (name, job title, company) may be shared with other attendees. To opt out, contact [email protected].

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
